How we protect your information

Account Verification

When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the payment processor confirms your identity before funds reach our wallet. We store no bank details — only the account holder name and transaction reference from the payment rail.

Encrypted Connection

Your login, deposit and withdrawal pages use 256-bit SSL encryption. Password reset requests are sent to your email; we never ask for your password in chat or email.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to track page speed and crash reports. You can disable analytics cookies in Settings > Privacy. Login and payment cookies are essential and cannot be disabled.

Data Retention

Transaction history, account records and dispute logs are kept for seven years. Closed account data is anonymised after two years unless a dispute or payment processor audit requires retention.

Right to Access

Request a full copy of your account data by emailing [email protected]. We provide a downloadable file within five business days at no charge.

Change or Delete

Update your email, phone or address in Settings > Profile. To request permanent deletion of personal data (subject to legal holds), contact support with your account ID and full name.

Legal questions from our players

Open your account on desktop or mobile, go to Wallet > Transaction History and filter by date or payment method. Each deposit and withdrawal shows the amount, payment rail used (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer), status and timestamp. Export this as a PDF for your records.

Log in, go to Settings > Account > Close Account and confirm. Any remaining balance in your wallet can be withdrawn to the same payment method you used to deposit. Your account is immediately closed and cannot be reopened under the same email address.

Email [email protected] with your account ID, transaction reference and the reason for the dispute. Our team investigates and replies within five business days. If unsolved, escalate to our payments team for processor review.

Account closure data is anonymised after two years unless a payment processor audit or legal dispute requires retention. Transaction history is kept for seven years for compliance. You can request deletion earlier by emailing support with justification.

We do not sell your data. We share only essential information with DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and our payment processors to process deposits and withdrawals. We use fraud-prevention services to check for account misuse. All third parties are bound by confidentiality.

Your account, transaction records and personal details are stored on encrypted servers in Indonesia. Backup copies are kept in a secondary data centre for disaster recovery. Access is restricted to authorised staff and audited monthly.
