When you withdraw via GoPay or bank transfer, we verify your withdrawal request matches your registered identity. This step protects your account from unauthorized access and keeps funds going to the right place.

Withdrawal hold and review

Large withdrawals or unusual patterns trigger a manual review by our compliance team. We'll contact you via the phone number on file to confirm the request before funds leave your account.

Cookie and tracking consent
